Scope: This Policy applies to all employees, contractors, vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders of Choula Start up Private Limited, including those associated with the Frenvi application ("the App").

Non-Retaliation Obligation: Managers and employees are obligated to refrain from engaging in any form of retaliation against individuals who report concerns or complaints in good faith.
False Reports: Any individual found to have knowingly made false or malicious reports under this Policy will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
Anonymous Reporting: The Company recognizes the importance of allowing individuals to report concerns anonymously. However, anonymous reports may limit the Company's ability to fully investigate and address the reported issues.
Communication and Awareness: Choula Start up Private Limited will communicate the existence and provisions of this Policy to all employees and stakeholders and provide training and awareness programs on whistleblowing procedures and the importance of reporting misconduct.
Policy Review: This Policy will be periodically reviewed and updated as necessary to ensure its effectiveness and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
